Recommended Service Intervals

We recommend servicing your Raptor shocks every 5,000-50,000 miles, depending on driving style and terrain. Preventive maintenance helps avoid costly damage and keeps your suspension working at its best.

What's Included in Shock Rebuild Service

• Full disassembly and inspection
• Deep cleaning of all components
• Thorough wear/damage check
  (Worn or broken parts are replaced only with your approval-no surprise charges.)
• New seals and O-rings to stop/prevent leaks and restore internal pressure.
• Fresh shock oil.
• Nitrogen recharge to factory specs

Pricing

In-Shop/Full-Vehicle: Ford Raptor; Gen 1, 2, & 3:
Cost:$200 per shock
Labor:Additional $250 per vehicle for shock removal & reinstallation
Total:$1,050 for all four shocks, labor included.

Shipping or bringing in Shocks:
Cost: $200 per shock
Labor: No additional labor cost; shocks dropped off/mailed into the shop must be removed from the vehicle.
Total: $800 for all four shocks.

Shock Repair (if needed)

If your shocks are damaged or broken, repair pricing varies based on the required parts. All repairs require a standard rebuild to ensure reliability. 

90 Day Unlimited-Mile Guarantee

Every rebuild includes a 90 day guarantee on seals and o-rings. Most services are completed same day - unless parts need to be ordered.
