Shipping policy

Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday 9-5.  This means we ship Monday through Friday. There are no outgoing shipments Saturday or Sunday so plan your shipping speed accordingly when choosing those options.

Under normal circumstances, most orders ship out within 7 business days with the exception of the days we are closed. We will ship your order as soon as possible; however, due to large order volumes, weather conditions, weekends or circumstances beyond our control, there may be unexpected delays.
